RETURN POLICY
At FITRA FIRST we strive to care for the needs of our customers. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your items within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please note that unwanted items must be unworn, unwashed with the original hangtag attached. Any signs of use, stain, or odor may void your ability to return or exchange.
To return or exchange:
1) Submit your return or exchange request by filling out this form and provide your reason(s) for return:
2) Ship your item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping fees for the return or exchange.
3) Customer will receive a refund for the returned item as soon as we receive the item.
